Dear Mr Holmes

On the 21st November my lovely BMW saloon was damaged whilst outside my sisters house. The driver failed to stop and I was extremely upset, as a claim on my insurance would be my first in 30 years of motoring, in addition I would lose my no claims bonus.

On Monday 23rd November I attended your bodyshop in Stockport and the damage was assessed by the Manager Andy Coxon. Having obtained my quote Steve Farrington in reception explained everything I had to do with my insurance claim. The following day the car was booked in and I was given a courtesy car whilst mine was repaired. My car was returned to me on the Friday, and a I defy anyone to say where the car was repaired as it was so well blended in. At the time I could have done without the repair bill, as I had to pay the first £300.

Andy, Steve and Leanne were totally professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with and the service was outstanding. I did thank them at the time, however I felt I had to write to you, and although I don't know who worked on my car the repair as first class.
